Authority and content rights

You confirm that you own the submitted feed and content, or have authority to provide it for aggregation. You remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, and rights associated with your content.

How US Report uses submitted content

You grant US Report permission to retrieve your feed and display headlines, excerpts, images, source attribution, and links to original articles on our website, apps, notifications, and related discovery services. You retain ownership of your content.

Attribution and updates

US Report will identify the original publication where feed data permits. You are responsible for keeping feed ownership, branding, article URLs, and contact information accurate.

Review, suspension, and removal

We may reject, pause, or remove feeds that are unsafe, misleading, duplicated, broken, unlawful, spam-like, or inconsistent with our Editorial Standards. Publishers may request removal by contacting US Report support.

Privacy and security

Publisher account information is used to operate the program, review submissions, protect the service, and communicate account or feed status. Do not submit confidential credentials inside a feed URL.

Changes

Material changes may require publishers to accept a newer terms version before submitting additional feeds.
