Publisher Editorial Standards

Requirements for feeds reviewed by US Report.

Required

Use accurate headlines, source attribution, publication dates, and working canonical article links.
Clearly distinguish reporting, analysis, opinion, sponsored content, and corrections.
Have the rights needed for submitted text, images, audio, and video.
Correct material errors promptly and keep the feed available over HTTPS where possible.

Not accepted

Impersonation, deceptive redirects, malware, phishing, spam, or artificial duplication.
Content that unlawfully infringes copyright, privacy, or other third-party rights.
Manipulated media or claims presented deceptively without appropriate context.
Feed URLs that access private systems, require embedded credentials, or bypass security controls.

Review process

Submission does not guarantee approval. US Report may validate the feed, review sample articles, verify publication ownership, request clarification, and periodically recheck approved feeds.
