    North Dakota couple charged after infant encased in concrete is found in their closet

    MINOT, N.D. (TCN) -- A mother and father have been charged in connection with the death of a baby whose body was found in a closet in their home, encased in concrete.

    According to a probable cause affidavit obtained by Valley News Live, a neighbor of 45-year-old Sarah Kerzmann and 49-year-old Craig Kerzmann called authorities on Aug. 21 after Sarah Kerzmann claimed while intoxicated that there was a dead baby at their house.
