    Florida woman allegedly set stranger on fire at a gas station because she wouldn’t give her any money

    ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (TCN) -- A 41-year-old woman was arrested and charged with arson and attempted murder in connection with an alleged altercation at a gas station.

    According to the St. Petersburg Police Department, a woman was pumping gas on the evening of Sept. 10 when Eleanor Crawford allegedly approached her and ignited gasoline with a lighter. The car immediately went up in flames, and the victim was taken to the hospital for treatment of second-degree burns.
