    Doctor allegedly shot 2 sisters, including 12-year-old, during road-rage incident

    CARROLL COUNTY, Va. (TCN) -- A 61-year-old physician and owner of an urgent care center has been arrested and charged with several felony counts in connection with an alleged road-rage shooting.

    Virginia State Police troopers responded to a report of a shooting on the morning of Aug. 22, WBTV reports. Richard Arriviello allegedly fired a gun into a Jeep while it was moving and shot two sisters, ages 12 and 20. He allegedly fled the scene and was taken into custody after a traffic stop shortly after.
